It's sweater weather in South Florida.
Cooler temperatures have made their way south, bringing a rare chill to the air.
Temperatures were in the high 50s early Thursday. The forecast calls for Thursday's temperatures to top out at 77 degrees.
Local 10 News meteorologist Julie Durda said temperatures were anywhere from 6 to 17 degrees colder than Wednesday morning's lows.
"It feels so nice out there," she said.
Temperatures will return to the 80s by the weekend before another cool down just in time for Halloween.
