Fire destroys Dollar Tree store in Coral Springs

A fire destroyed a Dollar Tree store in Coral Springs on Saturday. All of the pastel-colored goodies for Sunday's Easter celebration were gone.

About 12:30 p.m., Coral Springs Fire Department  firefighters responded to the store at 11530 W. Sample Rd.

Michael Moser, the department's division chief, said customers and employees left the store on time and no one was injured.

Authorities were investigating the cause of the fire.
