BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA – Out with the old and in with the new was the case today as Jack Dalrymple left office and Doug Burgum was sworn in as governor of North Dakota.
The Dakota Access pipeline was one of the first things the new governor addressed with the press today.
Just as former Governor Dalrymple did, the new governor thanked law enforcement for their jobs supporting the Dakota Access pipeline and said there is “misinformation about the protests.”
They keep it consistent in the northern prairie state of North Dakota.
The water protectors who were shot with rubber bullets, peppered with tear gas and sprayed with high-pressure hoses from water cannons would disagree with the same old story presented by North Dakota top leaders – old and new.
