AIR FORCE HELICOPTER CRASHES IN AFGHANISTAN: NO SURVIVORS
BBSNews - 2003-03-23 -- MACDILL AFB, TAMPA - A U.S. Air Force HH-60 Blackhawk helicopter crashed 18 miles north of Ghazni, Afghanistan, at approximately 11:20 am (EST) while conducting a medical evacuation mission. The crash was not the result of enemy action.
The aircraft had six personnel on board and there were no survivors.
The names are being held pending next-of-kin.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
