Woolley Bill Protects Stem Cell Research, Gives Hope to Patients and Families

TFN via BBSNews 2007-03-07 -- Texas Freedom Network President Kathy Miller issued the following statement today regarding the filing of a bill (H.B. 2704) by state Rep. Beverly Woolley, R-Houston, on stem cell research. Rep. Woolley’s bill would establish ethical guidelines for research involving both adult and embryonic stem cells while ensuring that scientists have the flexibility to continue this promising medical research in Texas .
