Tropical Storm Beryl Slightly Stronger As It Continues Northward

NOAA/NWS via BBSNews 2006-7-19 - [8:00 am EDT Intermediate Advisory] -- A Tropical Storm Watch Remains In Effect For The Eastern Coast Of North Carolina From North Of Cape Lookout Northward To South Of Currituck Beach Light. The Watch Will Likely Be Discontinued Later This Morning.

Maximum Sustained Winds Are 45 Mph...75 Km/Hr...With Higher Gusts. Some Additional Strengthening Is Possible During The Next 24 Hours.

Tropical Storm Force Winds Extend Outward Up To 100 Miles...160 Km...Mainly Northeast Through Southeast Of The Center.

An Air Force Reserve Reconnaissance Aircraft Recently Reported A Minimum Central Pressure Of 1005 Mb...29.68 Inches.
