Epsilon Is Moving Slowly And Erratically Toward The Southeast Near 3 Mph... 6 Km/Hr. A Motion Toward The South Is Expected To Begin Early Tuesday With A Gradual Increase In Forward Speed Later In The Day.

Maximum Sustained Winds Are Near 75 Mph... 120 Km/Hr... With Higher Gusts. Gradual Weakening Is Forecast During The Next 24 Hours.
