BBSNews via NASA - 2005-05-12 -- NASA has awarded a contract to Capitol Technology Services, Inc., to provide facility operation and maintenance services for the agency's Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md.

Under the terms of cost-plus-award-fee baseline indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, the company will provide management, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, spare parts, incidental engineering, transportation, operations, maintenance, repair, plant engineering and planning necessary to fulfill the work required as part of this procurement.

The period of performance for the contract is a three-year base period and two, one-year option periods. The cost plus award fee of the contract, including all options, is $53 million, with an IDIQ ceiling of $17 million.
