Judge considers Katy Perry’s Miami stalker a credible threat

Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge ordered a Katy Perry fanatic Thursday to stay away from the pop star and have no contact with her over the phone or through third parties.

When Judge Mindy S. Glazer learned that Pawel Jurski told a police officer that he would do what ever it took to be with the 33-year-old singer, she considered him a credible threat.

"It sounds like he is stalking this poor woman," Glazer said in court.

Jurski, 37, faces charges of aggravated stalking, escape, loitering or prowling and resisting an officer without violence.  He was ordered to stay away from her home, her business and all concert venues.

An officer ordered him to stay away from the AmericanAirlines Arena during the concert, after he ignored officers' commands, trespassed a restricted area and attempted to rush the stage.

Jurski is from Poland and after the incident he has an immigration hold to allow immigration authorities to consider his deportation.
