SALEM, OREGON – The Chemawa-Western Oregon Service Unit will host a rededication ceremony on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. – Pacific Time. The public is invited to this rededication and facility tours will be offered.

This facility recently underwent extensive remodeling and new space was added for behavioral health access, a wellness center, patient waiting and expanded patient parking lot. The service unit serves approximately 6,000 tribal members from over 100 tribes. The clinic also provides health services for the students at the nearby Chemawa Indian School.
