Monroe County officials will be meeting with U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and Gov. Rick Scott on Monday to discuss recovery efforts in the Florida Keys after Hurricane Irma.
An open roundtable discussion with Scott began Monday morning at the Emergency Operations Center in Marathon. Reporters and representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Administration were in attendance.
Officials are expected to take Price on a tour of the damage caused by Irma.
