Donations Still Being Accepted for Navajo Families Impacted by Hurricane Harvey

Trash and refuse caused by water damage line the streets in most every neighborhood in Houston. President Begaye and Vice President Nez visited many neighborhoods assessing the damages the storm has caused.

WINDOW ROCK — The Office of the President and Vice President continue to accept donations for Navajo families impacted by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Donations will be collected until Sunday, Sept. 10.

Donations can be dropped off at the fairgrounds at the Office of the President and Vice President’s tent located east of Gorman Hall. Donations requested are basic toiletry items, personal hygiene items, non-perishable groceries, canned goods, school supplies and new clothing items for children.
