Original Pancake House ordered shut by state inspectors due to roach issues

The doors at the Original Pancake House in Aventura were shut last week by a state inspector after a roach issue was discovered in the kitchen.

State records show two restaurants in Weston were also ordered shut for a roach and rodent issue.

A rodent issue was also discovered at Munchy's Pizza in North Miami Beach.

Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All the places mentioned were allowed to reopen following an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.
