Authorities blocked the three northbound lanes on Interstate 95 in North Miami-Dade for about 20 minutes on Saturday afternoon.
The Florida Department of Transportation warned of "major" traffic delays starting from Northwest 79th Street to Ives Dairy Road about 2:50 p.m.
Firefighters were at two locations about the same time.
Miami-Dade Fire Department's dispatch records show they responded to a medical incident at Ives Dairy Road about 2:42 p.m.
Minutes later, MDFD Lt. Felipe Lay said firefighters also responded to a "fully engulfed" Nissan Armada SUV between Northwest 81st and 79th Street. There was no one in the car, Lay said.
An FDOT representative tweeted both scenes were cleared and the lanes reopened about 3:10 p.m.
