CANNON BALL, NORTH DAKOTA – The Standing Rock Fact Checker website is claiming damage to construction equipment will cost $10 million.
While photos depict opponents of the Dakota Access pipeline spray painting messages on bulldozers’ blades (which is vandalism), other photos on the website show damaged construction equipment.
Damage to the construction equipment has extended from air released from equipment tires to cut fluid lines and tampered with gas tanks used at the construction sites along the route of the proposed pipeline, according to the website.
